Easiest Way to Sell Your PA House Fast
I just recently had a conversation with a woman about her aunt’s house that is trying to be sold.
The aunt is being unrealistic and this will be a problem with each and everyone of you who want to sell your house quickly.
Tip #1- If your house was paid off (or almost paid off) and you kept refinancing it and pulling money out well please, please, please realize that you already got PAID from your house. You just chose to take the majority of the profits from your house BEFORE you sold it.
Tip #2- Any amount of money is better than $0. When the bank forecloses on your home they take it from you and you walk away with no place to live and NO MONEY! I can’t stress this enough. Please remember tip #1 especially when you’re complaining about how little money you’re going to receive from the sale of your home.
Tip #3- The more repairs your house needs the less money you will receive. Please do not try to compare your crappy, beat up, run down house to a completely rehabbed and updated house that’s a few doors down. There is no comparison, I promise. Be realistic, your house needs work and you have to take that into consideration when pricing your Pennsylvania house for sale.
Listen, I know you may not want to hear this type of talk, but this is reality folks. I don’t want to sugar coat anything for you, that won’t benefit you in the least.
