We are looking for other PA real estate investors that we can sell our properties to. You must be a serious investor, be willing and able to pay cash, and be an experienced rehabber. (Inexperienced Pennsylvania real estate investors will still be considered, but experienced rehabbers are always at the top of our list for deals.) Remember in order for us to buy your house for cash quickly, you must live in either Berks County, Pennsylvania, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania or Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
If you live in other areas of Pennsylvania we may be able to refer you to someone who can help buy your house fast for cash, but we most likely will not be able to help you personally.
