reported on your credit. If it's just the same as having a
foreclosure or ALMOST like having a foreclosure then you might as well
try to exhaust every other option in order to stop your foreclosure.
- The last
option
to stop your Pennsylvania foreclosure is to sell your PA house before it
goes to sheriff's sale. You don't have an unlimited amount of time to
do this, so you must take action NOW,
especially if you want to list your house with a real estate agent
(especially in this slow market.) If you don't want to wait
for a
